⚙️ Deploy the market program

One-time setup. The market contract isn't on-chain yet — the first deployer becomes the fee admin. The program address is fixed (blake3 of the code), so everyone's wallet points at the same market.

This publishes a SECOND market. It does not upgrade the live one.
A contract address is blake3 of its code, so new code is always a new address. The existing listings stay on the current contract and keep working — nothing is migrated and nobody has to re-list.
Both markets show in one grid; items on the old one carry a legacy market tag and their trades go to the old contract. New listings move over only when the page's default is switched, which is a separate, later step.

A fee this high is avoidable: an NFT in an open collection is a plain token, so its owner can cancel and re-list on any other market — including the 2.5% one on this same page, which is where the grid's default sends them. Charge at mint time if you need a cut that cannot be routed around.
